Residential sales trends for
the state of Utah

Utah luxury property sales were down in 2009. Only 201 serious and
qualified luxury buyers were purchased a luxury home within the
state. For the purposes of this study, only properties selling above $750,000
were considered. Only one property sold for more than $3 million. The
highest priced property sold for $4.3 million. Over half of the luxury homes sold were less than $1 million dollar homes. It took a
median of
113 days on the market to sell these
luxury properties.
