Luxury Home Sales Trends in Utah for 2007 Residential sales trends for five Salt Lake area counties - Davis, Salt Lake, Summit, Utah & Wasatch
January 19, 2008 There were 335 luxury real estate transactions last year involving residential properties priced over $800,000. Six of these luxury homes sold for over $5 million. The highest priced property sold for just under $8.5 million. Over 66% of the million dollar homes were priced between $1 million and $1.75 million. It took an average of 88 days on the market to sell these luxury properties. The higher the price, the longer the market time. The chart below displays a summary of condo sales in the five county Utah area:
